THE WOODLANDS, TX – In keeping with the venue's mission of fostering new audiences and enhancing an appreciation for the arts, The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion is excited to announce its 2022 Performing Arts Season, featuring exciting symphonic experiences, family-friendly events and more!
The Pavilion will kick off the performing arts season with a concert and motion-picture show on June 16 at The Picayune Mermaid–Film with Live Orchestra, sponsored past Texas Children's Hospital – The Woodlands! As Disney's animated classic plays on the large LED screens, the Houston Symphony will perform the motion picture's Oscar® and Grammy®-winning score alive on the Chief Stage. To make the evening even sweeter, costless ice foam will exist bachelor to guests (while supplies final) when gates open up in the Due north Plaza.
On July 27, pay tribute to The Beatles with the Houston Symphony at Classical Mystery Tour. Mezzanine and lawn seating are free for all performing arts events. Tickets for virtually performances are $25 for orchestra seating. Guests are welcome to bring a picnic from home or their favorite eatery to enjoy in their seat or on the hill.
